Follow these steps to enable google assistant to speak in telugu.

Step - 1: Download the google app, or open the google app.
Step - 2: Click on "more" tab, normally present at bottom right corner.
Step - 3: Now click on settings and again click on settings.
Step - 4: Go to assistant tab and click on languages options then add new language example: telugu.

Step - 5: Go to mobile settings.
Step - 6: Then search and click on Languages & input option.
Step - 7: And change the system language default into telugu language.
